Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Sales Training for UPLIZNA Neurology (NMOSD & gMG) to lead learning strategy, onboarding, and field training in a U.S.-based remote role. You will manage a team of two, partner with Brand, and align curricula with commercial priorities and regulatory standards.

The position requires strong leadership, instructional design expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve field capability and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with sales training experience.
• Experience defining learning goals with internal clients and leading teams.
• Pharma or biotech training experience in rare diseases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Performance strategy for NMOSD & gMG neurology.
• Oversee onboarding, field learning, and advanced training curricula.
• Collaborate across units to deliver integrated learning programs.
• Coach and develop staff to build future talent for Amgen.
