ResMed Inc is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our remote US-based team. You will support sales leaders, execute account strategies, and position ResMed solutions to meet quotas while delivering excellent customer service.

In this role you will manage customer relationships, coordinate product demos and webinars, document activities in CRM, and work with Sales Management to identify trends and opportunities across the Pacific Northwest and St. Louis markets.

Responsabilités

• Sell ResMed's products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or accounts.
• Execute account strategy defined by sales leaders to attain sales objectives.
• Develop understanding of customers’ business to identify needs and selling opportunities.
• Enhance customer relationships through virtual visits, demos, education, and problem resolution.
• Position ResMed products and services adoption to improve outcomes.
• Develop and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers.
• Ensure quality customer service and experience.
• Act as single point of contact to coordinate service incidents and escalations.
• Document activities within the CRM system.
• Work with Sales Management to evaluate conditions and trends.
• Develop and implement proactive service and support plans with Sales Management.
