CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sales Strategy & Implementation Lead to translate our Sales Excellence Strategy into coaching, training, and field programs. You will coach leaders and consultants on prospecting, closing, and negotiations across supplier relationships and client accounts.

The role collaborates with multiple brands and reports to senior operations leadership, with a focus on lifting provider placement results and maintaining our customer-centric culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or sales leadership with provider placement or healthcare staffing.
• Experience coaching or leading sales professionals and managing timelines.
• Proven negotiation skills across terms, fees and contracts.

Responsabilités

• Coach sales leaders and consultants in prospecting, selling and closing.
• Translate strategy into field programs, standards and procedures.
• Teach negotiation of placement terms with facilities and systems.
• Manage escalations, document lessons and build playbooks.
• Deliver curriculum and train across divisions and brands.
• Analyze market data to identify coaching and training needs.
• Drive CRM discipline, forecasting and account planning.
