Job summary

Tradin Organic is seeking a Sales Specialist for our Fruit & Vegetable team in the US. This remote role focuses on growing our customer portfolio while supporting existing accounts and cross-functional teams.

You will manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and work with Sales Executives to meet revenue and margin targets. Travel 10–25% is expected, with a strong emphasis on communication and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Executives and leadership on key accounts and strategic initiatives.

• Achieve contribution margin targets and revenue objectives.
• Apply pricing strategies and monitor costs and margins.
• Collaborate with Quality, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Costing and Supply Chain.
