Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, improve data accuracy, and deliver reporting across SaaS environments, partnering with sales and customer success teams to scale processes.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on CRM configuration, experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM, and proven ability to document processes while driving adoption and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or CS Ops.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Manage revenue tools including quoting, billing, ticketing, and PM systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify and resolve operational or policy-related challenges.
• Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
• Support system adoption and operational improvements.
