The Role:

Remote Sales Representative-Mid Market

What will you do?
  1. Account ownership of Mid-market end users
  2. Drive continuous & profitable growth through virtual connections (cold calls, mailings, webinars, online meetings, social media) as the primary form of engagement
  3. Orchestrate customer buying journey and identify key points to deliver value virtually
  4. Coordinate with other Schneider Electric teams
  5. Educate & influence end users, creating B2B partnerships
  6. Share trends on how the market is evolving
  7. Focus on data analysis & digital demand generation as key methods for defining potential accounts
  8. Understand customer requirements and provide Schneider's total portfolio of solutions
  9. Promote Schneider's transactional & edge solutions to customers during the prescription process
Qualifications
Who would be successful?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical/sales functions. Experience in electrical/electronic manufacturing or IT industry is preferred
  • Technical background with the ability to learn, understand, and present new product ranges, including business and personal products or medium-range products (including software)
  • Knowledge of industry and key players, with proven rapport and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM tools (desired)
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Drive for results with a strong will to compete, win, and achieve
  • Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and visual—capable of influencing others and building credibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong listening and organizational skills
