Job summary

FlatWorld is seeking a Sales Representative to drive adoption of its affordable, digital-first textbooks and the accompanying Homework system. You will build relationships with college instructors, search university sites and bookstores for opportunities, and demonstrate FlatWorld products using a consultative approach.

You will start remotely during training and ramp, then travel 2–3 days a week to top institutions in your territory during peak seasons, with ongoing work-from-home and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four year college or university.
• Superior listening, oral and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent organization and follow through skills.
• Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new tools (Mac environment). They will use Google Meet, Zoom, Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a territory plan focusing on Tier 1 accounts.
• Uncover opportunities by targeting instructors and campuses and communicating our mission.
• Meet sales goals by building relationships and expanding FlatWorld awareness.
• Refine selling approaches using input from peers and sales tools to drive new revenue.
• Manage company resources and marketing collateral with compliance.
• Client-facing role with on-campus travel during peak seasons.
• Work 40+ hours per week.
