The role focuses on turfgrass nutrition products, building strong accounts such as golf courses and nurseries, conducting product demonstrations, and using CRM data to drive forecasts and territory planning.

Qualifications

• Degree in Turfgrass Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Turf & Ornamental industry.
• Strong understanding of plant nutrition and soil science in Turf & Ornamental sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals within Turf & Ornamental sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts including golf courses, landscape contractors, and nursery operators.
• Provide expert knowledge on our plant nutrition portfolio, including product benefits and applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for customers and prospects.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market penetration.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline, data, and reporting.
• Conduct regular sales forecasting and territory planning.
