Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Sales Operations & Retail Support Coordinator (NetSuite) to support the U.S. sales team and Chief Revenue Officer. You will manage end-to-end sales operations for retail accounts, including item setup, PO coordination, and data maintenance in NetSuite, collaborating across time zones.

The role emphasizes proactive issue spotting, strong communication, and cross-functional project tracking, with training provided for NetSuite. Remote, part-time schedule (30 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. retail accounts or working with U.S. retailer requirements.
• Experience with retailer item setup, product submission requirements, portals, or item grids.
• Experience reviewing and processing retailer purchase orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with professional judgment in customer interactions.
• Strong project coordination, including timelines, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with structured data.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Airtable, or similar tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment across time zones.
• PowerPoint and NetSuite experience are helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Retailer Setup and Cross-Functional Project Management: own end-to-end item setups, portals, and compliance while coordinating with global teams.
• Retailer Records, Grids, and Submissions: maintain templates, grids, and ensure data stays synchronized across portals.
• Purchase Order Coordination: review POs for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, maintain status tracking.
• Customer Communication and Account Support: direct contact for retailer inventory teams and assistant buyers; escalate as needed.
• Samples and Shipping Coordination: manage sample needs, track inventory, coordinate shipments.
• Sales Operations Records and Spend Tracking: track trade spend and budgets to support reporting.
• ERP and Data Maintenance: maintain data in NetSuite and use Excel tracking files with lookups and pivots.
