Job summary

Dexian is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Specialist to support sales processes, manage NetSuite orders, and maintain customer data across multiple platforms in a remote role aligned to EST/CST time zones.

You will prepare Excel-based reports, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with trade show logistics while supporting sales leadership on administrative projects. A strong NetSuite background and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sales operations or order management.
• NetSuite experience is mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with HubSpot or Power BI is a plus.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders, approvals, order changes, and shipping discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records and sales data in NetSuite, CRM, and other platforms.
• Prepare Excel reports, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, tables, and reporting.
• Experience in sales operations, sales support, or order management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• HubSpot and Power BI experience are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
