Celestica is offering a 16 month Internship with remote work from Canada. You will support Sales Operations, CRM data governance, and reporting, using Salesforce and Dynamics 365.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a business, information technology, analytics, or related university program.
• Basic understanding of process mapping, data governance, sales or fulfillment processes, and data quality.
• Ability to learn CRM, analytics, and other business systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to understand user stories, acceptance criteria, process requirements, and procedures.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).

Responsibilities

• Support supervised Sales Operations work in sales fulfillment, customer support, CRM data governance, reporting, and sales enablement.
• Use Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and related tools while maintaining procedures, dashboards, and training content.
• Work with experienced team members; assigned work will be reviewed before use or distribution.
• Assist with routine sales-support activities and data quality trends.
