Job summary

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Atlantic Division.
• Support inside and external sales activities and gain exposure to commercial sales operations.
• Support data cleanup and data management projects within Salesforce.
• Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Analytics.
• Contribute to divisional sales operations by helping streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization.
• Assist with the creation of dashboards and visualizations to support decision‑making for Commercial leadership.
• Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling.
• Support additional sales operations projects and initiatives as needed.
