Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management or related field.
• Proven success in planning, managing and scaling functional operational processes.
• 4+ years relevant experience in Sales or Insurance organizations; ideally in a health insurance environment, managing complex operations.
• Excellent critical thinking, strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor and build strong relationships with colleagues.
• Demonstrated time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Advanced communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
• Ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Sales, Client Management, Product and Marketing to translate key business needs into scalable operational roadmaps.
• Build and deepen collaborative relationships across designated business units and stakeholders.
• Represent and grow an operational mindset within the units and across the enterprise.
• Drive design, implementation, and enhancement of the program’s operational strategy aligned with goals.
• Represent and champion program and participant experience in planning discussions.
• Manage complex operational issues and drive timely resolution.
• Define, monitor and report operational trends using data insights to improve transparency and customer experience.
• Support development and review of training and communication materials.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives related to operational excellence and process improvements.
