Job summary

ImpactAssets is seeking a Senior Associate, Sales Operations to fuel client acquisition growth. You will support CRM workflows, data analytics, dashboards, and training for the Client Solutions team, enabling efficient outreach to family offices, foundations, and UHNW individuals.

This is a full-time remote role based anywhere in the US with EST hours and occasional travel (2–3 times per year). You will partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Client Engagement to optimize processes,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations, BD support or CRM within investment management or philanthropy.
• Experience building CRM systems, sales infrastructure and reporting for institutional/private investors.
• Experience managing a pipeline and multi-stakeholder philanthropic/investment decision processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for inbound leads and coordinate opportunities.
• Build and maintain pipeline dashboards and standardized reporting.
• Research prospects and prepare background packets for outreach.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing on outreach collateral and tools.
• Develop SOPs and playbooks to scale best practices.
• Coordinate account opening and client handoffs, funding status, and related tasks.
