Job summary

Wealth Enhancement, an independent wealth management firm, is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to drive cross-department collaboration and support data integrity for reporting. The role involves maintaining platform data, educating advisors on performance calculations, and resolving data issues across portfolios and CRM systems.

The position is remote in the United States with a base salary range of $70,000–$80,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School degree (or equivalent) required; post high school degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working at a financial services firm handling data integrity and performance projects in operations preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of performance reporting with regards to Time Weighted Return and Dollar Weighted Return is preferred
• Comfortable working with portfolio accounting/management and CRM systems
• Experience with Orion Advisor Technology and/or Salesforce preferred
• Microsoft Office / Excel proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Data Integrity and Platform Support: Gain knowledge of operational data and platform capabilities across departments.
• Educate advisors on performance calculations and industry methods.
• Partner with advisors to build and maintain custom queries.
• Maintain and validate platform data for portfolio accounting systems.
• Perform data quality audits to identify gaps and inconsistencies.
• Execute recurring processes to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data issues; collaborate across departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
