• Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product, commercial, and leadership teams.
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, HR, and product to answer business questions with data-driven solutions.
• Develop predictive models and analyses to explain business behavior and inform decisions.
