Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analytics in fast‑growth consumer tech, ecommerce, or retail.
• 5+ years of management leading analysts or data scientists.
• Experience with KPI frameworks, data governance, and data quality.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for VP/executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five analysts and data scientists.
• Own hands‑on analytics across ecommerce, supply chain, health, merchandising, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities and shape priorities.
• Define KPI frameworks and reporting standards across functions.
• Build a prioritized analytics roadmap and advance AI‑native analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data governance and high‑quality, decision‑ready outputs.
