Job summary

Clipboard is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to design and run the systems behind our sales organization. You’ll manage production systems, automate workflows, and guide AI agents to ensure accurate, scalable operations across Salesforce and data pipelines.

You’ll partner with sales leadership to analyze revenue questions, build reliable reporting, and maintain data quality while shipping practical solutions in a remote-first, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building scripts, automations, tools, or systems to solve real problems.
• Ability to use AI to increase output while verifying its results.
• Strong judgment when handling ambiguous requirements and prioritizing actions.
• Excellent attention to detail to protect production systems and large data sets.
• Bias toward ownership: diagnose root causes and improve systems.

Responsibilities

• Own production systems: distribution, deal intelligence, data sync pipelines, and accuracy.
• Solve ambiguous requests from reps and leadership and deliver promptly.
• Direct AI agents: write specs, supervise, and QA outputs before they touch data.
• Build automations and lightweight tools to convert recurring work into scalable systems.
• Analyze data with SQL and other tools to provide trusted revenue insights.
• Guard data quality through merges, deduplication, mapping, and enrichment.
