• 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, retention, or account management.
• Leadership experience in Property and Casualty insurance environment.
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license or relevant certifications.
• Experience driving retention and cross-selling strategies with measurable results.
• Experience managing high-volume outreach and service workflows.
