Brafton is a leading content marketing firm with remote, contract opportunities and offices around the world. We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize CRM platforms, automate processes, improve lead management, and deliver reporting that informs strategy.

You’ll work with a team of consultants on projects spanning CRM optimization, data management, marketing technology, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows, across multiple industries and client environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations or CRM administration.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs.
• Experience with lead tracking, attribution, and marketing analytics across CRM and ad platforms.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads.
• Understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automation, reporting and data management.
• Experience supporting marketing automation and campaign operations.
• Interest in applying AI to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery of Sales & Marketing Operations consulting projects.
• Configure, optimize and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Design and improve lead management processes and scoring.
• Build dashboards and analytics for actionable insights.
• Implement lead tracking, attribution and conversion measurement across platforms.
• Configure marketing analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Ads).
• Support marketing automation, nurture programs and campaigns.
• Research, enrich and maintain company and contact data.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and client reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements.
