Job summary

Brafton, a leading content marketing firm with offices around the world, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist for a fully remote role. You’ll work on CRM optimization, marketing technology, analytics, and sales operations across multiple industries and client environments.

You’ll join a growing Sales Operations consulting team, supporting internal initiatives and client projects, with a focus on improving CRM data, automation, reporting, and attribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Operations, Analytics, or related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.
• Experience with lead tracking, attribution, conversion measurement, and marketing analytics across CRM and digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Sales & Marketing Operations consulting projects for internal teams and external clients.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Design and improve lead management processes, including lifecycle stages, lead routing, lead scoring, and sales handoff.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and executive-level analytics with actionable insights.
• Implement and troubleshoot lead tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement across CRM, analytics, and ad platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, client services, and technical teams to deliver operational improvements.
