Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
• Conduct virtual onboarding and ongoing training sessions.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, results-driven culture.
• Establish team goals and monitor key performance metrics.
• Coach representatives through sales strategy, customer service, and relationship building.
• Identify opportunities to improve production and client satisfaction.
• Support representatives during client consultations when needed.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.
• Help members understand life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
• Mentor top performers into future leadership positions.
• Build scalable systems that promote long-term organizational growth.
