Welldone Chemicals is seeking a Coating, Painting & Construction Chemicals Sales Manager to lead remote sales efforts from Brazil, expanding our footprint across North and South America. You will develop strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC and RDP products, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales with company goals.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry- or engineering-related degree and 5+ years in coatings sales, fluent English (Spanish/Portuguese a plus), and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in coating, painting, and construction chemicals.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for HEC, MHEC, HPMC, and RDP products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the coating, painting, putty, ceramic tile adhesive, and mortar industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Benchmark competitors like Lotte Fine Chemical and Ashland Cellulose Ether to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
