Reset Hotel Joshua Tree, part of PM Hotel Group, is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive group and transient business from entertainment and film production segments. The role combines remote work with on-property presence for tours, visits, and events, reporting to the Director of Sales.

Located near Joshua Tree, the position offers a base salary with commissions and incentives, plus opportunities to grow with a boutique hotel team. Candidates within driving distance are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hotel sales experience.
• Experience prospecting, managing, and converting group business.
• Familiarity with Joshua Tree/Twentynine Palms market a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow assigned group segments, including entertainment and film/production.
• Take full ownership of the hotel’s transient consortia business, including account development and relationship management.
• Proactively prospect and develop new business across assigned segments with a strong pipeline.
• Respond to inbound leads, qualify opportunities, conduct site tours, prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and convert inquiries into booked business.
• Manage accounts throughout the sales cycle and build relationships with planners, production contacts, travel advisors, and other key accounts.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales on overall sales strategy and revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline reporting, and sales performance metrics.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and client-facing opportunities.
