Job summary

The Weiner Group in the United States is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a remote sales team, recruit agents, and mentor them to drive production and growth. You will create a culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and results.

As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will manage a commission-based compensation structure with bonuses, access warm leads, and opportunities for personal and financial growth while supporting agents with training and resources.

Qualifications

• Leadership, sales, or management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
