Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team in the life insurance space. You will recruit, mentor, and coach agents, develop talent, and help create a strong, results-driven culture while expanding your own business.

Our agents gain access to a wide range of life insurance products and carriers, with training and support to grow. The role emphasizes building a scalable sales organization and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Professional and confident when communicating with clients and agents.
• Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes.
• Life insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
• A life insurance license is not required; we can assist with the licensing process.
• Must reside in the U.S.
