Hiring & Empowering Solutions is a California-based law practice hiring a Sales & Intake Specialist for a fully remote role. You will guide prospective clients through the sales and enrollment process, and enroll existing clients in the Trust Maintenance Program (TMP).

The role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and CRM-driven follow-up in a remote setting. Experience in professional services or consultative sales is valuable, and Lawmatics CRM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has experience in sales, client intake, customer service, or relationship management.
• They should demonstrate the ability to meet measurable sales or conversion goals.
• They must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional phone presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up conversations with pre-qualified prospective clients.
• Explain the benefits of the firm’s services and guide prospects toward enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and manage an active pipeline with timely follow-ups.
• Explain the Trust Maintenance Program and enroll clients as appropriate.
• Track intake metrics and report performance against KPIs.
