Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Sales & Intake Specialist for a fully remote role based in California. You will guide prospective clients through the sales and intake process and enroll clients in the Trust Maintenance Program, while maintaining strong client relationships and accurate CRM records.

Legal experience is helpful but not required; experience in professional services or consultative sales is valuable.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or intake experience in professional services.
• Ability to guide clients through sales and enrollment processes with empathy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Guide qualified prospects through sales and intake process while addressing questions and objections.
• Schedule consultations and coordinate calendars for attorneys.
• Enroll eligible clients in the Trust Maintenance Program and maintain relationships during enrollment.
• Track leads, conversions, enrollments, and KPIs; report findings to leadership.
• Maintain accurate client information and CRM records; follow intake processes.
