Job summary

Wedeking Law APC in Santee, CA is seeking an Intake Specialist who treats every call as an opportunity to protect a family’s future. You’ll guide prospects from first contact to consultations and strategy sessions with our attorneys.

You will respond to inbound leads within an hour, conduct discovery calls, book qualified families, confirm appointments, and manage the lead pipeline in Lawmatics. In-office, full-time, with bonus compensation available.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in law firm intake or similar client-facing role is important.
• Experience with a CRM such as Lawmatics or Clio is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use systems quickly and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all inbound leads within an hour.
• Conduct 15-minute discovery calls to qualify potential new clients.
• Book qualified families into consultations with attorneys.
• Confirm appointments and chase down incomplete intake forms.
• Follow up with seminar registrants and attendees who didn’t book.
• Manage the lead pipeline in Lawmatics.
• Call clients after estate plans to follow up and connect them with referral partners.
• Build and maintain our referral partner network.
