Job summary

Registrar Corp is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to educate both prospective and current international and US clients on FDA requirements and to sell Registrar Corp’s solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, engage with new businesses through outbound calls, and handle inbound leads in a remote, full-time role.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: 1–3 years in inside sales selling services or software.
• Consultative selling: diagnose needs and build relationships to close.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High energy, motivated to manage multiple clients.
• Proficient with CRM and office software tools.
• Willingness to work 8.5-hour shifts 7am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of FDA requirements for food, beverages, devices, drugs, cosmetics to assist clients.
• Manage full sales cycle: identify decision makers, secure meetings, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts.
• Qualify accounts and identify market potential.
• Prospect and generate leads.
• Expand sales internationally and in existing accounts by new products/services.
• Communicate across cultures with executives and managers.
• Use CRM, Microsoft Office, and other interoffice tools.
