• Understand customer expectations and deliver desired results in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures for services and systems.
• Champion process optimization: identify and implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Engage with onshore and offshore resources to ensure SLAs and high-quality results.
• Work directly with partners, stakeholders, and customers to ensure clear communication and priorities.
• Support projects for new technology insertion and integration with current infrastructure.
• Provide onsite support as required and ensure coverage during core business hours.
• Document processing — accurately manage document submissions, updates, and related tasks.

Remote| Full-Time | Base Pay: $20hr

Position Summary:

As the Client Services Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will build strong relationships with our clients, serving as a key point of contact and providing outstanding support across phone, email, and live chat. As a proactive problem-solver with a passion for helping others, you will ensure customers receive maximum quality and value from our products and services while enjoying a seamless and positive experience. You will also foster collaboration across teams, identify opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction, and help ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:
