Job summary

Àbíké Assist is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth across our business support services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience, preferably in recruitment, consulting, or business services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage time effectively.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and sell our services, including recruitment, social media management, web design, and other business support solutions to SMEs, startups, and established organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.
