Àbíké Assist is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to expand its client base and drive revenue across business support services. The role is fully remote and contract-based, with earnings entirely commission-driven based on sales performance.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. High earning potential via commissions is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in recruitment, consulting, or business services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Pitch and sell services including recruitment, social media management, web design, and other business support solutions to SMEs, startups, and established organizations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and outreach efforts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor offerings.
