Job summary

Georg Fischer is seeking a Sales Representative to drive profitable sales growth for the commercial and residential business. This remote role prioritizes the Greater Toronto Area, with responsibilities including developing account plans for Top 10 targets and updating Salesforce with key insights and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5-7 years related experience.
• Knowledge of major account selling and the construction market.
• Excellent communication, planning and presentation skills.
• Experience in PHCP industry preferred.
• Installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing the Market Plan.
• Develop and execute detailed account development plans for Top 10 Target Contractor accounts.
• Engage business owners and executives to ensure senior level alignment.
• Collaborate with National Accounts Team to leverage relationships while aligning with corporate initiatives.
• Maintain brand presence and drive local market impact across stakeholders.
• Conduct product and value proposition training with customers and partners.
• Plan and support field training programs for distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
• Support territory operations, including travel budgeting, product givaways, co-op funds, and marketing initiatives.
