Job summary

Aegis Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a technically strong Sales Engineer to drive customer success in defense and industrial sectors.

You will translate mission requirements into power electronics solutions and work closely with engineering, procurement, and program management. You will travel domestically (~25%), develop proposals, prepare quotes and technical documentation, and act as a trusted advisor while shaping product direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or engineering sales experience, including 3+ years in the defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Strong knowledge of power electronics and converters (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC).

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and propose power supply solutions.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to defense and industrial customers.
• Collaborate with customers to address design challenges with Aegis capabilities.
• Prepare quotes, presentations, and technical documentation for customers.
• Track CRM activity for leads, opportunities, contracts.
• Support sales strategies and cross-functional initiatives.
