Job summary

RedSeal, Inc. is seeking a capable Sales Engineer to drive technical sales across hybrid environments, translating exposure management needs into RedSeal capabilities.

You will lead PoCs, deliver tailored demonstrations, and provide training and documentation throughout project phases, communicating with stakeholders from practitioners to executives. You will collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful evaluations and ongoing platform

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity presales or consulting experience, focusing on exposure management, vulnerability management, attack surface management, or network security.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CIS, EE, or MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations, tailored demos, and interactive training.
• Ability to communicate with customers and partners at all levels, from practitioners to executives.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute technical sales strategies including briefings, demos, proposals, PoCs.
• Deliver standard and tailored demonstrations illustrating attack paths and risk prioritization.
• Coordinate PoCs from scoping to transition to Professional Services.
• Translate technical findings into business risk insights for stakeholders.
• Provide training on the RedSeal platform and deliver clear documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Engineering to ensure customer success.
