Qualifications

• 1–2 years in network/security engineering or related IT role.
• Foundational networking knowledge including routing, firewalls, IPv4/IPv6, VLANs.
• Willingness to learn automation (Python, JSON/YAML) to support reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks within the implementation plan under a senior engineer.
• Deliver training and document work so it is repeatable across engagements.
• Flag opportunities — new data sources, use cases, or automation — that could remove customer busywork.
• Communicate status clearly and escalation early.
