Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer sciences, MIS, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a technical role supporting enterprise sales.
• Ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and understand their objectives.
• Identify current and future customer needs through technical discovery.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers at accounts.
• Assist in closing business by recommending optimal technical solutions.
• Maintain visibility into active opportunities and assist sales teams.
• Address technical questions from customers, prospects, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop technical strategies.
• Serve as SME across Mirapath portfolio.
