Job summary

Mirapath is seeking a Project Manager with data center experience to lead professional services projects from kickoff through delivery. You will liaise between sales, technical teams and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving and team collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, 3+ years in data center settings, and a background in IT or construction-related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience in Data Center settings.
• College degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Business, IT knowledge and experience in professional services, technology, engineering and/or construction.
• Experience working with low voltage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution across departments for all phases: kickoff, scope gathering, cost, scheduling, materials coordination and risks.
• Oversee daily management of assigned projects through life cycle.
• Coordinate resources for scheduling, procurement and invoicing.
• Lead a team of technicians to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
• Address scheduling, material availability and scope changes proactively.
• Assess processes and implement improvements for department success.
• Use scheduling tools to monitor plans, hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Forecast and prepare financial reports for projects.
