Job summary

Vaco is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support a coaching sales team during a high-volume period. This remote temporary role focuses on outbound appointment setting, administrative tasks, and responsive customer service to keep sales operations running smoothly.

You will handle about 85 outbound calls per day, keep records in Salesforce and internal tools, and assist with onboarding coaches while providing support via Slack.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, inside sales, or a similar role.
• Comfortable with high outbound call volume and structured appointment-setting work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple steps across systems.
• Ability to follow established workflows while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Motivated self-starter who can manage assigned workload and take on additional responsibilities when available.

Responsibilities

• Set sales appointments for the coaching sales team through high-volume outbound calling (approximately 85 calls per day).
• Work primarily from database leads, including re-engagement and follow-up outreach, along with some inbound web leads.
• Contact individuals who have attended events or purchased other offerings to introduce available coaching services.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, reporting, and daily sales support activities.
• Assist with onboarding new coaches and provide coach support via Slack.
• Respond professionally to inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication.
• Support additional administrative or sales support tasks as needed.
