The Assurance Group is seeking a Sales Director to provide leadership and coordinate training for independent agents nationwide. The role includes recruiting new agents, onboarding, ongoing training, and maintaining strong agent relationships while driving sales objectives.

Ideal candidates have a life & health license, at least 1 year in insurance marketing and sales, and a proven ability to motivate and manage independent agents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid life & health insurance license.
• 1+ years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating independent or career insurance agents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new independent contractor agents.
• Oversee onboarding of new agents.
• Regularly train agents on products and selling tools.
• Communicate with, service and retain top level agents.
• Attend meetings and contribute to sales objectives.
