• Experience coaching high-performing SDR/BDR teams and using CRM/reporting tools.
• Strong outbound experience to technical and enterprise personas.
• Deep AI fluency and ability to leverage automation in sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of SDRs with plans for headcount growth and coaching.
• Foster go-to-market experiments expanding across segments and regions.
• Define scalable outbound prospecting, qualification, and AE handoff processes.
