Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a Designer/Sales Representative to help customers organize their homes. You will work from home with pre-set appointments and receive comprehensive design and sales training, even with no prior experience.

The role offers a blend of remote work, in-home client visits, and growth with advancement opportunities, along with ongoing mentorship and a supportive franchise model.

Qualifications

• No degree or sales experience required.
• Be coachable and growth-minded.
• Willing to complete 13-week paid training.
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
