Job summary

Closets by Design NW New Jersey is seeking a sales-focused designer to work on a hybrid remote schedule. You will start with pre-set appointments, learn our design and sales process, and help clients organize their homes with tailored closet systems.

No prior degree or sales experience is required; a 12-week paid training program and ongoing mentorship are provided. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required to access customer homes.

Qualifications

• No degree or formal sales experience required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Must be willing to complete 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
