Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Coachable and growth-minded with willingness to complete 12 weeks of paid training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided to you.
• Build rapport to understand clients' organizational needs.
• Walk through homes to assess closet and storage opportunities.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services.
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers.
