Job summary

primion Technology GmbH is seeking a Sales Controller (m/f/d) to bring transparency across the group, partnering with sales leaders and management to enable profitable, sustainable growth. The role is 100% remote with a 40-hour work week and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will manage pricing, margins, and terms, develop KPIs and dashboards, and support audits while ensuring compliance with controlling guidelines. English fluency is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in sales controlling, commercial controlling or sales finance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end sales controlling across the group, including international business, from lead generation through order intake to revenue and margin realization.
• Prepare regular sales and management reports with actionable recommendations.
