Job summary

Clipboard is seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to ensure accurate, on-time payouts and transparent reporting for its revenue teams. You will own comp plan calculations, reconcile data across systems, and explain discrepancies clearly to reps.

In collaboration with Sales, Finance, and RevOps, you’ll roll out new plans and maintain auditable processes using strong spreadsheet and SQL skills. A remote-first, flexible environment supports this role.

Qualifications

• Must build and audit complex, multi-tab models without errors.
• Strong SQL skills to pull and reconcile data across sources.
• Ability to read a comp plan document and translate it into accurate calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail to catch errors before payout.
• Clear written communication for explaining numbers to non-analysts.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process commission payouts accurately and on time each pay cycle.
• Own the mechanics of commission plans, calculations, tiers, and accelerators.
• Query and reconcile data across systems to validate revenue and payout questions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to roll out updated comp plans and translate changes into auditable calculations.
• Field and resolve rep-facing commission questions with clear communications.
• Build and maintain tools and dashboards for transparent, self-service commission tracking.
