Wella Operations US LLC is seeking a Field Education Business Manager, Salon & Schools in Florida. This remote role supports education strategy, partners with customers and sales, and leads independent stylist contractors to deliver education seminars across territories.

Minimum qualifications include 5 years hairdressing, 3 years facilitation, strong English skills, and 60% travel. Salary range is $65,000–$86,000 per year with benefits and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hairdressing experience behind the chair.
• Minimum 3 years of facilitation, teaching, or presentation experience.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and extended hours.
• Ability to transport education materials and samples.
• In-depth knowledge of Beauty and HD industry and local marketplace.
• Commercially and sales savvy to coach salon & school owners/managers.
• Strong color industry awareness.
• Structured, solution-oriented thinking with analytical and strategic abilities.
• Leading by example, self-initiative and proactive.
• In-depth knowledge of Online/Offline Education.
• Proficient in English; bilingual Spanish in specific markets.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Apple iPad/apps.
• Proficient with social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Up to 60% travel time; valid driver’s license and ability to travel long distances.
• Able to travel for training and sales meetings 1-2 times per year.

• Facilitates Education Seminars.
• Manages education plans tied to sales goals and calendars.
• Contracts and maintains roster of Independent Stylist Contractors.
• Manages budget for seminars, travel and supplies.
• Supports contractors to meet business needs and sustain results.
• Deploys seminars and sets expectations for the Education team.
• Leads online and in-person seminars for licensed professionals.
• Builds networks with education teams, customers and sales.
• Acts as owner of the business and delivers results.
• Creates action plans and follows through.
• Keeps up with trends in the professional beauty industry.
• Attends regional and company training for development.
