Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in sales support or sales operations with broadcast traffic knowledge.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support stations/regions to drive revenue and deliver client service.
• Execute broadcast and digital order entry.
• Maintain orders through campaign flight.
• Send preempt reports to account managers.
• Confirm order changes or makegoods with agencies.
• Check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy.
• Send pre/post logs to clients upon request.
• Assist traffic with campaign materials and instructions.
• Help create and manage advertiser/agency codes.
• Maintain post-flight invoices, adjustments and edits.
• Coordinate with agencies and station/region managers on billing.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, programming, and finance teams.
