Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist revenue delivery across internal teams and client accounts. The role covers broadcast and digital order entry, campaign flight maintenance, and post-flight closeouts, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in sales support or operations, a bachelor's degree, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; unrestricted US work authorization is required. Fully remote position.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations with working knowledge in broadcast traffic and sales order systems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support stations/regions efforts to drive revenue and deliver customer service both internally and with clients
• Execute broadcast and digital order entry
• Perform order maintenance throughout campaign flight
• Send preempt reports to station/regions account managers
• Communicate and confirm all order changes or makegoods to buying agency
• Regularly check coding on TP/high-profile events for accuracy
• Send Pre and Post logs to clients as requested
• Assist traffic with locating instructions and other campaign materials
• Assist to creating and managing advertiser/agency codes
• Post flight invoice maintenance, adjustments, edits as necessary
• Coordinate with agency and station/regions account managers to resolve any billing discrepancies
• Work closely with various levels of management and staff within marketing, sales, programming, and finance departments at stations
